Pull-n-Close System Safety

The Pull-n-Close system uses a spring-retractable line with a soft plastic O-ring to create an airtight seal, keeping your snacks fresh. To use it safely:

  • Disconnect Carefully: When releasing the line from the back of Bag Hero, hold the O-ring firmly and release it slowly to prevent it from snapping back. Sudden release may cause the O-ring to retract quickly and strike you, potentially causing minor injury like a light sting or bruise.
  • Avoid Playing with the Line: Do not pull and release the retractable line repeatedly, as this can cause the O-ring to snap back unexpectedly, posing a risk of minor injury.
  • Supervise Children: Ensure children do not play with the Pull-n-Close system, as the retractable line and O-ring may cause injury if mishandled.

General Usage Tips

Follow these tips for safe use of Bag Hero and Salsa Sidekick:

  • Keep Bag Hero and Salsa Sidekick away from small children to prevent choking hazards from small parts.
  • Do not use with hot foods or in microwaves, as this may damage the products.
  • Use only as intended for sealing bags—avoid using excessive force on the Pull-n-Close system.
