This Refund and Returns Policy outlines how to return your purchase if you’re not completely satisfied. Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you’re not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery of your initial order, you may return the product for a refund (less shipping and processing fees). Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, parts, and pieces (e.g., Salsa Sidekick, if included).

How to Return Your Order

Follow these steps to return your Bag Hero or Salsa Sidekick product:

  • Contact Customer Service: Email support@baghero.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization Number (valid for 7 days). This number ensures your refund is processed correctly.
  • Package Your Item: Pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, parts, and pieces, to ensure it arrives safely and undamaged.
  • Label Your Package: Use the “Return Label” from your invoice, which includes the address: Bag Hero, 6411 Marbella Blvd, Apollo Beach, FL 33572. Cut along the dotted lines, attach the label to your package, and write your Return Authorization Number clearly where indicated. A Return Authorization Number is required for processing.
  • Secure Your Package: Insure the return shipment and use a trackable service like USPS Certified Mail, UPS, or FedEx. Ship within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number. Keep your receipt for your records. We are not responsible for items damaged, lost in shipping, or sent COD. We do not accept walk-in returns—all returns must be received via mail.
  • Receive Your Refund: Credit card refunds are processed to your card the day we receive your return, though it may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement. For purchases made by personal check, money order, or cashier’s check, we’ll issue a refund check the same day we process your return. Refunds cover the purchase price (excluding shipping and processing fees). Allow up to 2 weeks for processing and 30 days for the refund to complete.
